With immoswipe we are shaping the next generation of real estate search in Switzerland. Our goal is to make finding apartments and houses easier, faster, and more playful – digital, transparent, user-friendly, and fair.

Instead of endless lists we rely on a swipe and matching experience (rollout 2026) that makes the property search in Switzerland playful and efficient. This helps renters and buyers discover their dream property faster nationwide, while owners and agents only pay when a lead with real potential is generated. Our digital real estate platform combines an intuitive user experience with a performance-based pricing model and state-of-the-art technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The result is a digital property search that is more efficient, transparent, and accurate for everyone involved.

Our Story

Raphael and Frederik founded immoswipe in 2024 to build a genuine alternative to classic property portals such as Homegate, Newhome, or Immoscout.

Raphael brings many years of real estate experience and knows the challenges of selling, renting, and marketing homes first-hand.

Frederik is a software architect and developer. His passion for technology and modern processes laid the foundation for immoswipe's digital platform.

Together with our development team we created a Swiss property platform that delivers real value for renters, buyers, owners, and agents alike. We are convinced: renting apartments and buying houses in Switzerland becomes easier, more digital, and fairer with immoswipe – redefining the property search across the country.
