With Immoswipe, we create a lean rental platform for temporary living and focus on simple and intuitive operation as well as automated processes.
We follow the approach of the residential industry and differ in this respect from classic booking platforms from the hotel environment. Our partners, the landlords can use Immoswipe complementary and easy in their daily work. Globetrotters, cosmopolitans, business people or the tenant next door, should be able to securely rent a serviced apartment for a long-term stay online and in just a few steps.
To achieve our goals, we use the latest technologies for Immoswipe and rely on strong partners and full operation in the cloud. With exciting technological approaches, we want to redefine the interaction between man and machine on Immoswipe in the future. To this end, we are working intensively on topics such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
Our Story
The goal, a digital rental platform only for commercial landlords of serviced apartments with low rental costs. Thanks to a variety of automated processes and lean company structures, we can offer exciting conditions to landlords. Raphael was co-founder of a serviced apartment provider and knows the daily business from scratch. In addition, he has many years of experience in the real estate industry (sales, rentals, marketing) and therefore knows most of the challenges landlords face.
As a software architect and developer, Frederik brings the right know-how for the technical operation of Immoswipe. Enthusiastic about new technologies and modern solution approaches, he contributes to the conception of Immoswipe's digital processes.
Together with our team of 8 developers, we have built the rental platform in two years. We are convinced that flexible temporary living will continue to develop strongly in the coming years and that a large number of tenants will become increasingly enthusiastic about this form of living.
