Orderly and reliable non-smokers with long-term intentions are preferred. Only rented as primary residence. This means you must register with the municipality of Laax and work here or in the area.

Notice period according to official termination dates (3 months at the end of March, June, September) or if preferred, 30 days always at the end of the month is also possible.

Debt collection certificate and liability insurance must be provided before conclusion of contract.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available.
