Contract and Rental Duration:

• The minimum rental period is 3 months, whereby the contract is concluded indefinitely.
• The stated price applies to a minimum rental period of 12 months. For shorter contract periods, the rental price increases.

Please note the following:

• A security deposit must be paid before the start of the lease.
• Final cleaning is generally included in the price.
• The rent includes heating, electricity and ancillary costs.
• After booking is completed, you will receive the lease agreement for signature and your records.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.
