Contract and Rental Terms:

• The minimum rental period is 3 months, with the contract concluded on an indefinite basis.
• The stated price applies for a minimum rental period of 12 months. For shorter contract periods, the rental price increases.

Please note the following:

• A security deposit must be paid before the start of the rental period.
• Final cleaning is generally included in the price.
• The rent includes heating, electricity and ancillary costs.
• After completing the booking, you will receive the lease agreement for signature and for your records.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.

With elron club you can rent your new apartment simply, uncomplicated and quickly. We do not require extensive documentation and weeks-long application reviews – in most cases a copy of your passport is sufficient.
