We are looking for a subtenant/family for our bright 4.5-room house in Luterbach. The house offers a large, sunny terrace with small garden, open kitchen with living room, three separate rooms (office, bedroom and children's room), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub plus a small toilet, 4-year-old cat which remains in the house and likes to be fed :-), 2-3 parking spaces. The house is located in a 30 km/h zone and close to a playground.
