Contract and Lease Duration:

• The minimum lease period is 3 months, with the contract being concluded for an indefinite period.
• The stated price applies to a minimum lease period of 12 months. For shorter contract periods, the rental price increases.

Please note the following:

• A security deposit must be paid before the lease begins.
• End-of-lease cleaning is generally included in the price.
• Heating, electricity and utilities are included in the rent.
• After completing your booking, you will receive the lease agreement for signature and your records.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.
