I'm 31 years old, work as a nursing specialist, and am starting a postgraduate diploma program in intensive care nursing in September. For my cozy apartment, I'm looking for an uncomplicated roommate.
I'm an open, warm-hearted and active person. In my free time, I like to spend time in nature, do sports, travel, go diving or spend time with friends and family. At home, I value a relaxed atmosphere – cooking together or having a coffee is just as nice to me as having good conversations. At the same time, it's important to me that everyone has enough personal space.
I'm looking for a reliable, tidy and uncomplicated person with whom a respectful and pleasant living situation is possible.

The apartment is located in a central area of Winterthur with ideal public transport connections. The bus stop is right in front of the door and Winterthur main station is reachable in about 7 minutes. Grüze station is accessible in about 5 minutes on foot.
Denner, Migros and Otto's are within walking distance, as are various fitness centers.
The apartment features a balcony, a storage unit in the basement, its own laundry room, a dishwasher and an elevator. The living area is partially furnished, the room is rented unfurnished.
