Contract and Lease Duration:

• The minimum lease duration is 3 months, with the contract being concluded indefinitely.
• The stated price applies for a minimum lease duration of 12 months. For shorter contract periods, the rent increases.

Please note the following:

• One month's rent as a deposit must be paid before the lease begins.
• Final cleaning is generally included in the price.
• Heating, electricity, and utilities are included in the rent.
• After completing your booking, you will receive the lease agreement for signature and your records.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.
