As of November 1st, we are renting out a 4.5-room apartment on the first floor of our farmhouse, renovated in 2012. The farmhouse dates from 1846 and comprises a total of three apartments.

Our farm is operated with suckler cow farming and offers a small agritourism program during the summer months. In addition to the tenants, the farm operators as well as cats, chickens and insects also live on the farm.;)

Since this is a farmhouse over 175 years old, the charm of an older building comes with it. Accordingly, typical incidental noises such as footsteps or other living sounds between the apartments are occasionally audible. During the day, agricultural vehicles/machinery can sometimes be heard.

The apartment is suitable for people who appreciate living on a well-maintained farmhouse in a rural setting and enjoy country living.
