The apartment features elaborate wooden parquet floors (panel and herringbone parquet). It is located on the 3rd floor.

The building is situated directly on the new cycle path and impresses both inside and outside with many charming stylistic elements - the café of an up-and-coming micro-roastery is also located in the property. So you always enjoy a pleasant aroma of fresh coffee when you enter.

We are also open to shared living arrangements. Families will find a pleasant home here as well: public transport, schools, daycare and kindergarten are all within walking distance.
