The wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and into the Linth Valley, as well as the fact that the house is situated at the edge of and slightly above the holiday home settlement, is unique. You are guaranteed to find relaxation and adventure here in the still intact and peaceful nature.

Utility Infrastructure

The holiday home is fully supplied with public utilities: electricity, water and sewage.

Building Description

The house with a pitched roof was built in 19?? in the then customary chalet construction style with wooden stud walls (tongue and groove). The foundation slab is concrete and the base walls are masonry. Since 1985, the house has been very well maintained and renovated and the surroundings have been partially redesigned. The following investments were primarily made:

• Attic space insulated and vapor barrier installed
• Bathroom insulated and newly created approx. 2012
• New kitchen installed approx. 2015
• Window replacement approx. 2011
• Swedish stove installed
• Infrared heaters mounted
• New electrical panel with RCD circuit breakers
• Living area ground floor, new cork flooring
• Sleeping area upper floor, new carpet
• Exterior seating area newly created

The house is heated by a Swedish stove in the living and dining room as well as by infrared heaters in all rooms.

A large portion of the rooms have been newly furnished in the last three years.

Outdoor Area

The holiday home features a large balcony with direct access from outside or from the living room. The entrance area is designed with a small, covered seating area. On the south side, a new seating area with fireplace/grill invites you to linger. Alpine flowers and various shrubs and trees round out the beautiful and well-designed surroundings. Depending on the sun's position, you have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful views of the valley and mountains from either a sunny or shaded spot.
