Lease Agreement Parking Space Trio Pool Night and Weekend Parking

The parking space is rented as night and weekend parking.
The rented pool parking space is available to the tenant Monday - Friday from 18:00 - 07:00 hours, Saturday/Sunday (Friday evening from 18:00 - Monday morning 07:00 hours).

Entry is possible at any time. If the parking time is exceeded, the following rate will be charged on the parking card or deducted:

If the parking time is exceeded, charges will be billed
- Per commenced hour CHF 1.00
- Daily flat rate from the 5th commenced hour CHF 5.00

(Rates may be adjusted on an ongoing basis)

The card can be recharged at the cashier at your own expense (max. amount CHF 100.00). If the credit balance is exceeded, the amount must be paid at the cashier, otherwise exit will not be possible.
