In our Co-Working Lounges you will find numerous amenities such as professional workstations, coffee machines, printing stations and much more.

Contract and Lease Duration:

- The minimum lease duration is 3 months, with the contract concluded for an indefinite period.

- The stated price applies for a minimum lease duration of 12 months. For shorter contract periods, the rental price increases.

- The notice period is 3 months. Termination is only possible at the earliest at the end of the agreed minimum lease duration.

Please note the following:

- The security deposit is arranged separately and usually via a rental deposit insurance from Homie. The exact amount is stated in the lease agreement and must be arranged before the start of the lease.

- Final cleaning is generally included in the price. If the lease ends before the minimum lease duration expires, it may be charged separately according to the contract.

- The rent includes furniture, heating, electricity, water, internet and ancillary costs. Serafe is not included.

- After booking is complete, you will receive the lease agreement for signature and your records.

- Regular rent can be paid by bank transfer in CHF or credit card. The security deposit is handled separately.

With elron club you rent your new apartment simply, hassle-free and quickly. We do not require extensive documentation and lengthy application reviews - in most cases a copy of your passport is sufficient.
