Contract and Lease Duration:

- The minimum lease term is 3 months, with the contract concluded indefinitely.

- The stated price applies to a minimum lease term of 12 months. For shorter contract periods, the rental price increases.

- The notice period is 3 months. Termination is possible at the earliest at the end of the agreed minimum lease term.

Please note the following:

- The security deposit is set up separately and typically via a rental deposit insurance from Homie. The exact amount is shown in the lease agreement and must be set up before the start of the lease.

- Final cleaning is generally included in the price. If the lease terminates before the end of the minimum lease term, it may be charged separately according to the contract.

- The rent includes furniture, heating, electricity, water, internet and utilities. Serafe is not included.

- After completing your booking, you will receive the lease agreement for signature and your records.

- Regular rent can be paid by bank transfer in CHF or credit card. The security deposit is handled separately.

With elron club you rent your new apartment simply, uncomplicated and quickly. We do not require extensive documentation and weeks of application reviews in most cases a passport copy is sufficient.
