This is a separate office room with its own direct access and an area of 52 m². The space is ideal for teams of up to approximately 8 people.

The office space is currently equipped as follows (furniture can be used if needed):

Lighting and acoustic/noise protection elements

Public Transport:

The Sihlquai tram stop as well as the Main Station is only 1 minute's walk away. Despite the central location, the surroundings are pleasantly quiet.

Ancillary costs incl. 2x per week cleaning and maintenance of small materials etc. - CHF 515.00 per month

Separate meeting rooms can be used by arrangement. If needed, additional meeting rooms are available for rent as required in the adjacent building.
