In Kriegstetten, a rural settlement with 7 residential units is being developed. The two semi-detached houses in the western part of the property will be constructed using state-of-the-art timber construction methods and to MINERGIE® standard, while the three single-story atelier houses will be built in solid construction. The individual units are located on separately subdivided plots, while the communal parcel with shared parking provides access to the settlement. The property is being released for development by the Jakob Urben Foundation under a building lease.

What is the advantage of a settlement?

Residents can realize an individually tailored usage concept within a clearly defined volume. From loft-like, two-story single-person households to 5.5-room atelier houses for families or shared living communities, much is possible. Each residential unit has its own garden. Residents can also live and/or work within the predetermined structures. This creates a settlement that becomes a vibrant place and an interesting meeting point. Single-family homes:
