The two semi-detached houses in the western part of the property will be built using the most modern timber construction methods and to MINERGIE® standard, while the three single-storey studio houses will be built in solid construction. The individual units are located on separately subdivided plots, while the shared plot with common parking provides access to the settlement. The property is being released for development by the Jakob Urben Foundation under a building right.
