At Stampfgasse 10 in Glarus, we are renting out two parking spaces in the underground garage (space no. 3 and no. 4, side by side) immediately or by arrangement. The spaces previously belonged to a dental practice in the building and are no longer needed. They can be rented individually or together.

The location:
It doesn't get more central in Glarus than this. The building is located directly between Migros and Coop, a one-minute walk from the train station, the town centre, and the cantonal administration. If you park here, you can do your shopping on foot and leave the car behind.

The building:
Modern, well-maintained commercial building with Raiffeisenbank on the ground floor. The parking garage is bright, clean, and dry – not a draughty concrete basement, but a properly maintained structure.

Direct lift access to the building:
From the parking garage, a door leads directly to the entrance hall with a passenger lift and staircase. You can reach any floor from your car with dry feet.

Access for owners and tenants only:
The garage is not open to the public. No unauthorized parkers, no strangers, no search traffic. Your vehicle is protected.

Generous dimensions even for large vehicles:
Access is via a car lift with 5.80 m length, 3.00 m width, and 2.20 m clearance height, approved for up to 2500 kg. This means a VW van or transporter with standard roof, a large SUV, or an estate car can fit without any problems – something you rarely find in an underground garage in Glarus. Not suitable for vehicles with high roofs over 2.20 m.
