The studio is compact but offers everything you need for daily living:

Kitchen with refrigerator, two hob plates, and microwave
(Note: There is no oven.)

Bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink

No basement available, but a large lockable storage cabinet is available in the outdoor area – ideal for additional storage

Shared laundry room available

Parking space can be rented additionally if needed

Important Criteria for Successor Tenancy
According to standard requirements for an extraordinary apartment handover, the successor tenant should meet the following conditions:

Financial capability (solvency):
Rent must be paid in full and on time. A salary certificate or confirmation from the social services office regarding secured rent payment is possible.
A debt collection register extract is usually required.

Reasonableness:
The landlord may not impose stricter requirements than those applied to the current tenancy. Rejection is only permitted for important reasons.

Assumption of existing lease:
The apartment will be rented on under the same conditions.
