The flat is a modern Minergie maisonette with balcony/seating area, parquet flooring, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and broadband internet. We value a relaxed, respectful living together – without stress, but with mutual consideration. If you're interested, you're also welcome to use our small art studio.
The location is top-notch: with public transport you're in Zurich or at the airport in no time, and it's just a few minutes' walk to shops.
