In Arbon we are renting out a spacious attic/storage space for use as pure storage. This can be rented completely at 140m2 or 10 individual storage spaces are available from CHF 90.- / per storage unit per month.

The more rented together, the cheaper the price.

The total floor area is approximately 140 m². Due to the roof slopes, the effectively usable area from approximately 1.50 m ceiling height is around 80 m².

The space is located on the 4th floor, is unheated and is ideal for storing furniture, archive material, seasonal items or other dry storage goods.

The attic is divided into 10 lockable rooms

Important notes on use:

The attic may be used exclusively as storage space. Use as a living area, workshop, hobby room, office or residential space is not possible. Since there are inhabited rental apartments below, the space is only intended for quiet and occasional use. Frequent access, regular goods handling or noise-intensive activities are not suitable.
