We would leave all office furniture in the office. Except plants, pictures and contents of the office furniture. The current rental price is excl. VAT. We are open to suggestions regarding payment for the furniture.

Since we are the current tenants but are looking for a new office from 1.01.27, we are seeking a successor tenant. The landlord has been informed. We currently still have a lease until 1.2.28. The landlord is very flexible and personable.
