Sunny Rustico on the Strada Alta – Peace, Nature and Ticino Charm

This lovingly renovated rustico is located in a particularly quiet and sunny spot in the mountains of Sobrio. It is surrounded by nature and enjoys sunshine even during the winter months.

The heart of the house is the cozy kitchen-living room with its traditional fireplace. The rustico was comprehensively renovated in 2000, with the kitchen and bathroom also being updated.

A total of five sleeping places are available: two bunk beds in the lower area, a sofa bed in the kitchen, and an original hanging bed above it.

From the kitchen area, you access the terrace directly, which invites you to have breakfast outdoors in the morning sun. Another seating area is located right next to the house.

Sobrio is a lively mountain village with year-round residents. A postal bus connects the village with the valley. Sobrio is also known for its small, charming summer music festival. The location on the popular Strada Alta makes this rustico an ideal starting point for hiking and nature experiences.
