I am looking for a subtenant for my cozy 1-room studio in Rigi Kaltbad. The apartment is approximately 30 m² and offers everything you need for a pleasant home – right in the middle of nature with a beautiful view of the green landscape.

The studio consists of a living and sleeping area in one room, its own kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The shower features a pleasant rainfall showerhead.

The apartment offers:
- approximately 30 m² of living space
- bright living and sleeping area
- modern, private kitchen with integrated refrigerator, oven and dishwasher
- bathroom with toilet and shower with rainfall showerhead
- beautiful view of the green landscape
- quiet location in the middle of nature
- hiking trails and mountain scenery right at your doorstep
- village shop, Mineralbad Spa and other amenities nearby in the village

Ideally connected:
The Rigi Kaltbad-First cogwheel railway station is only about 1 minute's walk away. The cable car station is also in the immediate vicinity.

The cable car reaches Weggis in less than 10 minutes. The cogwheel railway takes you to Vitznau in about 20 minutes. Additionally, there is a direct connection to Arth-Goldau via the cogwheel railway.

This makes the studio not only a quiet retreat in the middle of nature, but also very well connected to the surrounding towns.

Rigi Kaltbad is a special place to live – quiet, close to nature and with fresh mountain air. Whether for hiking, switching off or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings: nature begins right at your doorstep here.
