The view of the timber-frame house impresses with its beautiful exposed beams. Set back in the courtyard of the Spisermarkt, the space offers the necessary peace and discretion. The space is versatile and can be used, for example, as a studio, hobby room, small office, or coaching space.

The room is equipped with a parquet floor and the window areas provide good natural light. A toilet is also available.
