I am looking for a responsible person for my cozy 1.5 room apartment in 8340 Hinwil who would like to live in my apartment (furnished) during the period from December 15 - April 30, 2027. It features a living and cooking area on the lower floor, a bathroom with shower, and a sleeping area on the upper floor. You will share the washing machine & dryer with only one other party. Additionally, you have an outdoor parking space. The monthly price of CHF 1,000.- includes both parking space and utilities as well as internet. The apartment is located in the center of Hinwil - but close to the forest. The train station is reachable on foot in approximately 8 minutes and Hinwiler Tobel is just around the corner.
The apartment is sublet furnished.
