The building is situated directly on the new cycle path and impresses both inside and outside with lovingly designed stylistic elements - a thriving micro-roastery is also housed in the property. So you always enjoy a pleasant aroma of fresh coffee when you enter.

We are also open to housing collectives. Families will equally find a pleasant home here: public transport, schools, daycare, and kindergarten are all within walking distance.
