In my beautiful, centrally located premises directly next to Basel SBB railway station, I am renting out a bright, spacious office room of approximately 36m2.

The room features large windows, plenty of natural daylight and a beautiful wooden floor. It is largely unfurnished and can be arranged and used independently according to your own ideas.

I myself work as an operational mentor and use the remaining premises for my consulting and coaching activities.

I am looking for a pleasant, uncomplicated office sharing arrangement with a self-employed person who primarily engages in quiet work. The room is particularly suitable for office work, online consultations or consulting activities with minimal foot traffic.

Use and rental terms

The room can be used six days a week, from Wednesday to Monday, including weekends. Wednesdays are generally available for exclusive use. Tuesday is reserved for my own consulting activities.

Monthly rent: CHF 600

The premises are available as an interim use arrangement until June 2028.
