As I am moving, I am looking for a successor tenant for my apartment at Röschstrasse 6, 9000 St. Gallen.

- CHF 970 per month including utilities (provisional; CHF 820 net + CHF 150 utilities)
- 2.5 rooms, approx. 60 m² (tenant estimate)
- Top-floor apartment on the 4th upper floor with sloped ceilings
- Older standard of finish, no elevator
- Rental deposit according to existing lease: CHF 2'910
- Handover possible from 15 November 2026, official tenant change as of 1 December 2026 – subject to management approval

The floor plan is an approximate sketch (not to scale, door positions illustrative, no separate corridor).

The existing furniture can be taken over at a fair price if desired. Furniture takeover is voluntary and will be agreed upon separately from the lease.

A suitable successor tenant is sought who wishes to take over the existing lease on the same terms. Application and final confirmation are handled through the property management; this may require proof of financial creditworthiness.
