Access is via the main entrance door of the house and the stairs to the basement, then the first door on the right. There is no lift. You can stop briefly in front of the house to load and unload. Due to the stairs, the room is suitable for furniture and items to be stored long-term, not for frequent large freight transport.

Access is via a personal key and is available around the clock, 7 days a week.

The room can be rented online immediately and is available for use within a few days. Flexible rental duration possible, short rental periods are also accepted. A deposit of two months' rent is collected as security and refunded at the end of the rental period.
