It is a large, lockable compartment in the 2nd basement level: The front is a mesh wall with anti-climbing protection, the other walls are made of concrete and masonry. The room is dry and odor-neutral, lighting is available.

27.2m2 for CHF 315.00 per month (INCLUDING ancillary costs and VAT)

Ceiling height of 3.28m, under the pipes 2.73m. The mesh door is 80 cm wide and 2.20m high.

The entrance is located at the children's doctor's office (door approximately 1.10m wide). You take the lift (door 90 cm wide and 2m high, cabin 1.37m wide and 1.24m deep) to the 2nd basement level. From there, two intermediate doors and a staircase lead down to the storage room: The staircase and a step of approximately 20 cm in front of it must be overcome on foot, and the second intermediate door is 1m wide but only 1.72m high. There are no parking spaces on site; the nearest parking garage is at Theaterplatz.

Access is via two personal keys: Both open the entrance door (which is open during the children's doctor's office hours anyway), one opens the second intermediate door, the other opens the mesh door.

The room is available for rent immediately online. Flexible rental duration possible, even short rental periods are accepted for a surcharge. A deposit is collected for security and refunded at the end of the rental period.
