Ceiling height of 3.09m, under the heating pipe 2.73 m. The room door is 98 cm wide and 2 m high.

The entrance is located at the children's doctor's office (door approximately 1.10 m wide). Via the lift (door 90 cm wide and 2 m high, cabin 1.37 m wide and 1.24 m deep) you reach the 1st basement level and from there through a corridor to the room. There are no parking spaces on site; the nearest car park is at Theaterplatz.

Access is via a personal key. It also opens the entrance door, which is open during the children's doctor's office hours anyway.

The room is available to rent online immediately. Flexible rental duration possible, even short rental periods are accepted for a surcharge. A deposit is collected for security and refunded at the end of the rental period.
