It is a lockable compartment on the 2nd basement level: the front and one side have wire mesh walls, the remaining walls are concrete and masonry. The room is dry and odor-neutral, and lighting is available.

Ceiling height of 3.25m. The mesh door is approximately 80 cm wide and 2.22 m high.

The entrance is located at the pediatrician's office building (door approximately 1.10 m wide). You take the elevator (door 90 cm wide and 2 m high, cabin 1.37 m wide and 1.24 m deep) to the 2nd basement level. From there, two intermediate doors and a staircase lead down to the storage room: the staircase and a step of approximately 20 cm in front of it must be climbed on foot, and the second intermediate door is 1 m wide but only 1.72 m high. There are no parking spaces on site; the nearest parking garage is at Theaterplatz.

Access is via a personal key. It opens the entrance door (which is open during the pediatric practice's opening hours anyway), the second intermediate door, and the mesh door.

The room is available for rent immediately online. Flexible rental periods are possible; short rental periods are also accepted for an additional fee. A deposit is collected for security and refunded at the end of the rental period.
