We are looking for a successor tenant for our apartment as of December 18, 2026. We have particularly appreciated the bright rooms, the shared use of the garden and large terrace, as well as the proximity to Winterthur-Töss train station. If interested, we are happy to leave some furnishings (see below).

The Apartment
The apartment comprises just under 80 m² with 4 rooms, one of which is a through room. During renovation, the kitchen and bathroom were modernized and new flooring was partially installed. Thanks to wide windows facing three directions, some with views out into greenery, the apartment is beautifully flooded with light.

Location and Surroundings
The house is located in immediate proximity to Winterthur-Töss train station. In 5–10 minutes you can reach Töss center with Denner, Migros and bakery as well as Lidl and TopCC at the Töss. The neighborhood has relatively light traffic and offers lovely walking paths. The reformed church and schools are also nearby.

Terrace and Garden
While the apartment has no balcony, a very large section of the shared terrace on the intermediate floor (1.5 story) is available for exclusive use. We have used it for plants and vegetables, as well as for cozy grilling evenings. In addition, you may share use of the spacious garden: as a seating area, for grilling, as a cozy reading corner or, by arrangement with neighbors and landlords, also for gardening. We particularly enjoyed the regular harvests of berries and fruit.

Additional Information
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an older building without an elevator. The apartment may be inhabited by a maximum of 3 persons. Washing machine and laundry room are shared with one neighboring party. A storage unit and a single garage are included.
Rent: CHF 2,050.– per month including utilities, including single garage and terrace use.
