    Our business apartments on Industriestrasse are located in the most central location in Zug. The house has 10x studios and 3x 2.5 room apartments. Each guest of the serviced apartments also has access to the beautiful outdoor terrace with a far-reaching view over the city of Zug. On the first floor of the building, the Speck Konfiserie offers its guests a wide range of products, from the famous Zug Kirsch cake to delicious lunch menus. But that is not all. Speck Konfiserie also delivers your evening meal to your floor on order - hotel service in your own four walls, so to speak. Your new home is about 8 scooter minutes away from the picturesque Lake Zug and 5 minutes from the well connected train station. So that you can get from A to B comfortably, we will provide you with an e-scooter during your stay. Opened in 2022, the 13 serviced apartments offer unlimited flexibility and comfort. A well thought-out furnishing concept facilitates the start into your new living situation. Our furnished apartments are fully equipped and have a high-speed internet line, so you can also work efficiently from your business apartment. For us, "fully furnished" means everything from the kettle and iron to the bed linen and towels. Besides the basics, the Frame TV should keep you entertained on rainy days. The TV subscription is already set up upon your arrival and you only need to choose the movie. To get you going in the morning, a good sound system should not be missing in your serviced apartment, with our playlists we guarantee you groovy mornings. All furnished apartments have large built-in closets. If you need additional storage space, we will be happy to provide you with storage rooms in the building. If you are traveling by car, we can arrange parking for you in the surrounding area. However, from our serviced apartments you should be able to reach all important parts of the city easily by public transport, even without a car....

    What happens after my binding booking request?

At the same time all invoices for the monthly rent payments will be created. The first monthly rent must be paid by the time you move in. You will receive a request for payment by email in a timely manner each time.
